Spine & Trunk Lab
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is a fundamental element to sustainable movement and practice. The DNS principles are reviewed and practiced in this lab to give you the tools to move better and feel better. Related anatomy, joint centration and intra-abdominal pressure are main topics and techniques that will be covered.

Shoulders & Arms Lab
We rely heavily on the shoulders, wrists and arms to support us in our yoga practice. As we review the functional anatomy of the shoulders and arms, learn ways to incorporate strengthening, stability and mobility exercises into your movement regime.

Knee, Foot & Ankle Lab
The fear of "protecting" your knees and ankles in your yoga practice limits our freedom of moving in ways that apply to everyday life. Learn effective methods to explore the strengthening and mobilization of these versatile joints while reviewing the function and anatomy of the knees and ankles.

Happy Hockey Hips
Isidora will come to you and your hockey team to teach effective mobilization and stretching techniques to help prevent injury, reduce pain and discomfort, and improve performance.

Functional Movement Workshop
We will equip you with valuable tools to safely move while you pick up your kids, enjoy gardening, shovel snow, get in and out of your car, go up a flight of stairs....the possibilities are endless! With a combination of DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), FRC (Functional Range Conditioning), breath work, mobilization and strengthening, we will get you ready to conquer the real world, all while having a ton of fun!

Yoga Essentials Workshop
This is an informative and interactive workshop of getting back to the fundamentals of your yoga practice. We will explore poses that you would encounter in most yoga classes such as chaturanga and downward dog. For those that have been practicing for a while, it is a great opporunity to address old habits that may be causing stress on your body. For those that are new to the practice, it is a chance to learn the best way to move in your yoga practice for YOUR body.
